A dialogue between a doctor and a patient

Doctor:             Mr. Rahman, shouldn’t you have come to me two days ago?
Mr. Rahman:   I’m sorry doctor. I was so busy that I had hardly any time to see you.
Doctor:             you must not have been as busy as I (am), I can say.
Mr. Rahman:   Maybe I wasn’t. But I have been two days late.
Doctor:            you have contacted two more diseases these two days.  Do you know it?
Mr. Rahman:   no I don’t. If so, how to get rid of them?
Doctor:           Now the only way to come round is to take full rest for at least fifteen days.
